At Tokyo Bridge, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

📦 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Food and consumable items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

💸 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

📦 Shipping Damage

We inspect all items before shipping, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. For fragile or high-value products, we strongly recommend selecting the optional “Extra Packaging” at checkout for added protection.
